During the darkest days of the year, when expectations are high, grief can feel particularly heavy. Join Valenca Valenzuela Speer and Amanda Zucker for the Holding Darkness: Creative Grief Workshop. This offering is a four hour experiential that builds community around loss and allows one to share and create a meaningful piece to later take home. Participants will be able to share their grief stories and walk away with a decorative container that will serve to symbolically support one through their experience of loss. All types of grief and loss is honored in this workshop. No art experience needed to participate.  All art materials will be provided as part of the workshop cost.
